He was predeceased by: his parents, Dores Ryder, Sr. and Florence Derouen; his wife Beatrice (Touchet); his daughter Colleen Hebert (Stephen); his brother Kermit Ryder (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Foreman and Rodney Floyd.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda (Larry Thibodeaux), Iris (Burt Suire) and Bryan Ryder (Veronica); and his siblings, Dores Ryder, Jr. (Sarrita), Glyn Foreman (Altha), Ricky Foreman (Rhonda) and Cheryl Floyd. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to St. Joseph Hospice (Lafayette), a charity of your choice, or to have Masses said on his behalf.
