She was predeceased by: her daughter Cassie Marie Wiggins; her brother John D. Istre; and her parents, Ellis Istre and Lorena Istre. She is survived by: her children, Hermann Wiggins and Lee Wiggins (Cindy); her grandchildren, Tarra, Cassie, Leah, Casey, Briana and Jacob; and her sister Linda Monceaux. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
