She is survived by: her husband Ricky Vondenstein of Gueydan; her father Melvin Smith Sr. of Gueydan; and her siblings, Chantay Abshire (Ryan) of Abbeville and Melvin Smith Jr. (Margie) of Gueydan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
