She was predeceased by: her husband George J. "Papa George" Borne, Jr.; her parents, Etienette J. Steib and Raymond G. Becnel Sr. of Vacherie; and her brothers, Terry Becnel, Berris Becnel and Chris Becnel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Millien of Donaldsonville, Susanne Zeringue, Marlene Guillory of Luling and Raymond Becnel Jr. of Denham Springs.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1 Rectory Ln, Hahnville, LA 70057). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
