With sadness, we share the passing of Geraldine White (Hahnville, Louisiana). Geraldine, born on February 11, 1942, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Westley Jackson and Amelia Henderson Jackson; and her sister Carolyn Cain (Randolph). She is survived by: her siblings, Herbert (late Daisy), Herman (late Carliss), Anthony (Gwendolyn) and Gwendolyn Carter; her spouse Junious Grant White; her niece Tanya Johnson (Don); her stepchildren, John White (Keioka), Cornell White (Patricia) and Lynnette Gordon (Robin); Shawn White (Yvonne). She is also survived by grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Historic Bethlehem Baptist Church (14989 River Rd, Hahnville, LA 70057). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
