He is survived by: his children, David Curruth Hulett of Las Vegas, NV and Kennon Beverly Hulett; his son-in-law Casey Krugman of Jersey City, NJ; his grandson Brandon Carruth Hulett of Las Vegas, NV; and his partner Eric Johnson of Hammond, LA..
