He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Pierre and Rachel Pierre; his siblings, Margaret Ann Vining of Daniel, Pierre, Lazar Pierre, Lee Wilbert Pierre and Cindy Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Murray and Betty Pierre.
He is survived by: his wife Sybil Pierre; his children, Bridget Bailey (Heath), Heather "Hattie" Pierre and Arron "AJ" Pierre (Heather); his grandchildren, Caleb Bailey (Leah), Sarah Bailey, Mason Pierre, Madison Pierre and Morgan Pierre; and his child Marley "Pud" Murray. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home (2000 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at the New Hope Church Cemetery (53525 New Hope Church Rd, Folsom, LA 70437).
