He is survived by : his wife Rox Ann Baldwin; his goddaughter Shalena Franklin of Lettsworth Louisiana; and his sisters, Lindia Jones-Howell of Alexandria, VA and Ivory Nell Percy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
