With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beverly Sue Adams Morgan (Hammond, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Eugene Adams and Cecilia Shaffer Adams; her stepdaughter Janie Lynn Blouin; her former husband McArthur Gatlin (Jimmy Haltom); and her siblings, Doris Gladys Adams Nickens, Alton Ray Adams, Melvin Gene Adams, Bobby Gene Adams and Jerry Shelton Adams.
She is survived by: her sons, Allen "Gene" Gatlin (Christine) and Jeremy Todd Gatlin (Erin); her stepson James "Jimbo" Haltom (Amy); her grandchildren, Charlie "CJ" Gatlin, Wyatt Gatlin, Elly Gatlin, Kaci Freeman (PJ), Lauren Simmons, Jaedyn Lamonica, Aleena Gatlin, Aubrey Haltom, Emma Haltom and James Haltom; her great grandchildren, Brayden Liuzza of Roy, Liuzza Jr. and Mason Simmons; her brother Kenny Adams (Billie Jane); and her daughter-in-law Christine Gatlin. She is also survived by best friend; and numerous nieces and nephews.
