He is survived by: his wife Heidi Chauvin Gulotta; his children, Blaine Joseph Jr. and Raelyn Grace Gulotta; his parents, John Joseph and Cathy Wascom Gulotta; his sisters, Ashley Gulotta Guzzardo (John Russell) and Lacey Gulotta Esler (Jason Paul Esler); and his siblings' children, Bethainee Lynn, Bryelle Marie, Blakely Nickole, Aiden Xander, Inara Faith, Jemma Jaselyn and Eliot Zane.
In lieu of flowers, family would like donations to be made to the funeral home to assist with his children's future.
