She was predeceased by : her husband Don Carlton Guthrie; and her brother Klaus Waldraut. She is survived by : her son Mike Guthrie (Betty); her sister Editha Pachlatko; her grandson Eric Guthrie (Caitlin); her stepgrandson Brad Langlois; and her great grandchildren, Brock, Ava and Noah Guthrie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved to travel and was a devoted Christian and was generous in donating to various charities.
