She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Piediscalzo and Phillipine Graziano Piediscalzo; her husband Biaggio Anthony Mangano; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Mangano; and her siblings, Joseph S. Piediscalzo and Annie Piediscalzo Greco.
She is survived by: her son C. J. Mangano; her grandchildren, Theresa Wainwright Alack (Dean), Laura Mangano Welch (John) and Bradley Alack (Susan); her great grandchildren, Kyle Falterman (Desiree), Caleb Welch, Gage Welch and Bradley Alack, Jr.; and her great great grandchild Piercen Scott Falterman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (600 N Oak St, Hammond, LA 70401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Holy Ghost Catholic Church in memory of Frances.
