With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Eady Sr. of Hammond, Louisiana, born in Alhambra, California, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Constance Eady and Herman Eady; and his siblings, Constance Ramsey, Georgia Canton, Oline Frere, Rowena Duck, Sally Jane, Rose Mary Majesty, Thomas Eady and Robert Eady.

He is survived by : his children, Stephanie Eady, John Eady Jr., Rachel Eady and Connie Bertus; his siblings, Herman Eady, Margaret Wintz, Theresa Wilkinson and Frances Eady; and his grandchildren, Dillon, Katie, Samantha, Kristen and Seth.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
