He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Alvarez and Eloisa Morales Alvarez; and his son Luis Morales. He is survived by: his wife Emma Zarate; and his children, Pedro, Juan, Mario, Miguel, Lino, Eloisa, Esther, Vicenta, Alejandro, Antonio, Manuel, Ernesto and Alfonso Morales. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home (2000 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
