She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Sharon; her grandchildren, Rochelle Miles (Lee), Dee McCarter and Sissy McCarter Bickford (Travis); her granddaughter-in-law Lena McCarter; her great grandchildren, Greyson Miles, Preston McCarter, Devin Dorsey, Christian McCarter, Zachary McCarter, Jesse Bickford (Shaylee), Connor Bickford, Trent Bickford and Mikayla McCarter; and her great great grandchildren, River, Maverick, Hayse, Rhett, Sebastian and Seraphina.

A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Ponchatoula Cemetery (18392 Wisteria Dr, Ponchatoula, LA 70454).
