He is survived by: his children, Vicki "The Warden" Ballard (Darrell), Debra Ridgedell (Charles), Denise Westby (Kevin), Deanne Blackwelder (Brad), Jean Badeaux (Kyle), James McLaughlin Jr. (Christian) and Michael McLaughlin; his sister Judy Skeen (Bill); his grandchildren, Carrie Berry (William) of Eneal, B. J. (Amy), Kirsten (Jordan) and Kelsey; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Liam, Brooklyn, Brynn, Clara, Ashton, Troy, Wes, Cam, Jennifer, Abriel, Dennis, Eli and Evie Kate. He is also survived by his family, friends.
