He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Rigby Foster Jr.; and his siblings, Thomas Rigby Foster, III and Carolyn Foster Lemings. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kolp Foster; his brother Mayson Foster (Connie); his children, Tammy Foster Breiding (Peter), Shelly Foster Graves (Jimmy), Nicole "Nikki" Rinker and George "Chip" Rinker (Jessica Linton); his grandchildren, Tara Unruh (Cody), Matthew Breiding (Kayla Adams), Kaycee Sells (John Littleton), Allyssa "Ally" Beatty, Kaitlyn Bunch (Kenneth) and Macy Rinker; and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Carter Unruh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
