He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bethel; his children, Tonya Joiner (Justin) and Bryant Bethel; his siblings, JoAnn Dickens (Frank), Sherry Brown (Bobby), Faron Miley (Shelia), Wendell Miley (Wanda) and Daron Miley (Flossy); his grandchildren, Blake Bethel (Harley), Kileigh Muse (Brice), Clayton Bethel, Shelbie Alston (Conner), Mallorie Sagely (Hunter) and Brodie Joiner; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer Bethel, Leland "Buddy" Bethel, Austyn Bethel, Brett Muse, Huntlee Sagely and Russell "Russ" Luke Alston.
