He is survived by: his wife Gina Cazabon; his sons, Joseph and Curtis Cazabon; his parents, Tim Cazabon and Pam Cazabon; and his brother Timmy Cazabon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Rita of Cascia Catholic Church (7100 Jefferson Hwy, Harahan, LA 70123). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a fund established for Chad's sons, Joseph and Curtis.
