He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boothe and Emmie Boothe; and his siblings, Charles, Lee, Leon, Ed, Kerby, Jimmy Dale, John Alvis, Sue and Fay.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, James Boothe, Jr. and Brandy Boothe LaBeau; his grandchildren, Haley Spears, Emma Boothe, Ace LaBeau and Rylea Boothe; and his siblings, Shelton and Martha.
