He was predeceased by: his father Frank Dillard Sr.; his children, Keywain Dillard-Smith (Darnell) and Kyren O'Neal; and his siblings, Gail Beal and Frank Dillard Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Deloris B. Dillard; his wife Cheryl O'Neal-Dillard; his children, Mildred Dillard Pierre, Luann Jones-Royal (Allen), Teiwana Leonard, Alvin O'Neal and Crystal O'Neal; and his siblings, Kevin (Delene), Carl (Cheryl), Jerry (Sandra), Sandra (Michelle) and Barbara Dillard. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Temple of Praise Ministries (1840 Commercial Dr, Harvey, LA 70058). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
