It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Bischoff Toups (Harvey, Louisiana), who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Orin L. Toups; her parents, Agnes Bischoff and Frank Bischoff Sr.; and her siblings, Frank Bischoff, Jr., Emelda Bischoff, Edward "Buddy" Bischoff and Emile Bischoff.
She is survived by: her son Bret J. Toups (Darnelle); her grandchildren, Matthew B. Toups and Maura T. Karayane (Michael); her great grandchild Logan A. Karayane; and her sister Agnes Bischoff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
