He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett S. Fowler and Eva Langston Fowler; his siblings, Evon F. Chapman (Herman), Amanda F. Paisley (John), Louise F. Hobby (Don), Richard S. (Bama) and Fred W. Fowler (Louise); his daughter Regina Ann Fowler; and his daughter-in-law Laurie Patton Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Irene D. Fowler; his children, Randol T. Fowler (Robin) and Carol Fowler Baggett (Frank); his grandson Ryan T. Fowler; his brother David H. Fowler (Margaret); and his friend Margaret Galloway. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and life long friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
