He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bergeron and Viola Bergeron; and his sister Louella Poole. He is survived by: his sibling Malvina Gendron; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Brune, Walter Gendron III, Terry Poole and Barry Poole. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews, and 8 great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Little Church (201 Church St, Lockport, LA 70374).
