He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Wilson Gray; his daughter Dorothy Gray; his parents, George E. Gray, Sr. and Velma R. Gray; and his siblings, Enola Struggs and Thelma Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gwendolyn G. Forges and Georgia W. Gray Freeman; his grandchildren, Ron Gray, Jerard Watkins, Mylon Johnson, Tinslay Johnson and Gabrielle Forges; and his children-in-law, Oran Forges and Lionel Freeman. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
