He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Case Sr. and Sophie C. Kerwin; his stepbrothers, Harold Kerwin Jr. and Dennis Kerwin; and his niece Natasha Case.

He is survived by : his stepfather Harold Kerwin Sr.; his siblings, Diane Foster Hunter, Robert E. Case Jr. and Cynthia C. Mayer (Paul); his stepsiblings, Mary Bolton, Richard Kerwin and Melissa Blauvelt; his nieces and nephews, Dax Foster, Erica Allison, Crystal Owens, Case Mayer and Rece Mayer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper, Scarlett, Sophie, Dustin, Logan, Brielle, Wyatt, Nolan, Nate, Ashton and Dylan.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
