He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Weyer, Sr. and Sara A. Weyer; and his uncle Herbert I. Weyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer A. Weyer and Emily E. Weyer; his granddaughter Vivianne R. Weyer (Denise Fitte); his siblings, Susan M. Weyer MD and Karl F. Weyer (Paula); his nieces, Sara E. Kelley and Gabielle M. Weyer; and his great-nieces, Harper L. Kelley and Everly M. Kelley.
In lieu of flowers Catholic Masses in his name or donations to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
