Joseph; his children, Elka Prince, Shawn Joseph, Noelina St. Anges, Alicia Joseph, Vincent, Jr., Verna and Vernessa Charles; his siblings, Pius Ambrose of St. Lucia, Gesnal Descarte of St. Lucia, Greg Victorin of St. Lucia and Beatrice Tull; and his sibling-in-law Francis Gardon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
