He is survived by: his wife Paula Hollingsworth; his sons, Nicholas Hollingsworth, Jr., Paul Hollingsworth and Sean Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Bailey Hollingsworth, Paityn Hollingsworth, Lonnie Copeland, Jayden Hollingsworth, Bentley Hollingsworth and Lily Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Thomas Hollingsworth, Brett Hollingsworth, Katherine Duran (Jack), Kenneth Hollingsworth (Lorrie) and Lynn Ann Bratcher. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
