With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olga MAE JOHNSON Williams of Harvey, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Henry and Daisy Johnson; her siblings, Oscar Johnson, Sr., John Henry Johnson, Jr. and Audry Burd; and her godchild Shanita Allen.
She is survived by: her children, LaMonica Williams and DeJoshua Williams; her siblings, Harry Johnson (Burdette), Walter Johnson, Sr. (late Sylvia), Faye Williams (Ronald), Rev. Ricky Johnson, Sr. (Terry Lynn), GeJoan Garrett (Warren), Pamela Allen (Wihelm) and Rev. George Green, Jr. (Valerie); and her goddaughter Barbara George-Coleman. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Isreal Baptist Church (1612 Esther St, Harvey, LA 70058). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
