He is survived by: his wife Julie Bundy Bailey; his children, Nick Bailey (Cami) and Tori Hinte (Chris); his aunt Judy Lewis (John); his grandchildren, Lilly, Anna Hinte, Kenzie, Jayce and Jessie Bailey; and his children, John Ware (Alicia), Bridget Langston (Shane) and Brandi Hutchinson (Ben).
