He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Hale; his sons, Vernon (Jennifer), Doug (Alicia), Gary (Kelly) and Marvin; his grandchildren, Melanie Willis (Justin), Brandon Rainwater (Brianna Brown), Isabel Rainwater and Rees Rainwater; and his great grandchildren, Melissa Willis and Christian Willis.
