He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen B. Keith, Sr. and Annie Mae Nix Keith; his wife Eloise Blake Keith; his parents-in-law, Emma Ree Blake and Truman A. Blake; his brother Cullen B. Keith, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Keith, David Collinsworth, Allan Blake, Mickey Blake and Joe Earl Blake.
He is survived by: his son Gregg Keith; his grandchildren, Jason, Keith (Tasha), Nicole Keith Coburn (Randy), Josh Keith and Kristen; his great grandchildren, Jaycie Keith, Jaden Keith and Kyelor Coburn; his great great grandchild Gracelynn Woodle; and his sisters-in-law, Annie Mary Blake Haynie (Jerry), Sue Blake and Charmaine Blake.
A reception will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (105 E Washington Ave, Haughton, LA 71037).
