Cook (Kelsey) of Bossier City, Louisiana.; his siblings, Steve Cook (Lane) of Okland, Tennessee. and Tammie Gray (Gene) of Natchitoches, Louisiana.; his nephews, Chris and Brett; and his niece Brittany.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Eastwood Church of Christ (4100 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
