We are sad to announce that, on December 24, 2025, at the age of 92, Nell Harlan (Haughton, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Preston and Edna Matthews Gilbert; her husband Harold Harlan; her son Gil Harlan; and her siblings, Horace Gilbert, Harold Gilbert, Huies Gilbert, James Gilbert (Buddy), Byron Gilbert (Tap), Elizabeth Ambrose, Helen Sanders, Kathryn Thomas and Ysleta Kranz.
She is survived by: her children, FaLu (Van) and Hal (Debra); her grandson Hunter Harlan (Madison); her great grandchild Kase; and her grandchildren, Jackson Harlan, Holden Gilmore, Ashlyn Gilmore and Carson Gilmore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
