He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Rains and Leila Rains; and his brothers, Jerry and Dale. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Louise Lewis; and his sons, Mike Rains and Doug Rains (Kim Rains).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Haughton (105 E Washington Ave, Haughton, LA 71037).
