She is survived by: her husband Cecil Cox; her sons, Mike Rich (Nikki) and Jason Rich; and her grandchildren, Kyra, Kayla, Bryanna, Gabrielle, Lance, Kody, Heather, Blayne and Destiny. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a tree be planted in Sandy's honor.
