It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott Taylor of Haughton, Louisiana, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taylor and Helen Taylor; and his siblings, Nancy, Robert, Richard and Laurie.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Sermons Taylor; his children, Jeff Taylor and Jennifer Varnado (Cary); his grandchildren, Katelyn Varnado and Tommy Varnado; and his sibling's children, Janine Pomeroy (Nicolas), Jenny Margheriti, Georgette Dawson and Bill Margheriti Matthew Bratlee.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
Memorials may be made in honor of Scott Taylor to a charity of donor's choice.
