She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eugene Covert and Violet Corinne Covert (Wallace); and her brothers, Dennis Covert and Ronald Covert. She is survived by: her children, Matthew W Henderson and Barbara K Mathis (Henderson); her grandchildren, Connor Henderson, Brady Mathis and Hope Mathis; her husband Terry Wayne Henderson; and her brother David Covert. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
