With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Voncil Duncan of Hebert, Louisiana, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Hubert Parker; and her children, Sherry Haydel and Donald Duncan. She is survived by : her husband Charles W. "Buddy" Duncan; her sons, Robert Duncan of Hebert and Ronnie Duncan (Sara) of St. Gabriel, Louisiana.; her grandchildren, Chad Duncan (Michelle), Cindy Barber (Mike), Amy McPherson (Brad), Elizabeth Harper (Bryan) and Bambi Haydel; her great grandchildren, Danica Leslie, Chase Duncan, Madilyn McPherson, Macy McPherson, Harry Harper, Elsie Harper, Phoenix Maynor and Rayven Maynor; and her great great grandchild Ryan Chayse Leslie. She is also survived by her family, her friends.
In lieu of flowers any planned memorials may be made to the Start Baptist Church, Start, Louisiana or the Hebert United Methodist Church, Hebert, Louisiana.
