He was predeceased by: his mother Lilian Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Hill; his grandson James Crowell (Brittney); his children, Makayla and Jayden Crowell; his nieces, Johnna Hill-Leach (Randy), Latonja Sims, Mechele Mendez, Sharon Quiroz and Stacie Salas; and his brother John Hill.
