He is survived by: his children, Mike Rice (Susan) and Myra Watkins (Randy); his siblings, Herman, Jessie Massey and Wanda Cox; his grandchildren, Michelle Risher (David), Kevin Rice (April), Ronnie Watkins (Casey) and Chuck Watkins (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Cameron, Courtney, Annabelle, Waylon, Audrie, Anna Grace, Gus, Eli, Freya and Carli.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Riser Funeral Homes (7131 US-165, Columbia, LA 71418). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
