He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Dunfey Sr. and Betty Jones Dunfey; and his sister Mary Dunfey Peevy. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Dunfey Powell of Heflin and David M. Dunfey II; his nieces and nephews, Bridget Dunfey and Cielia Giddings; Lauren.
