He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Normand; and his brother James "Jimmy" Normand. He is survived by: his mother Anita Marie Normand; his sister Teresa Normand Odom; his nephews, Joseph Odom and Kendall Normand; his cousin Kirt Smith; and his close friend Dennis White.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the TBD Rateau Center (3615 Main St, Hessmer, LA 71341). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Alphonsus Catholic Church (3659 Main St, Hessmer, LA 71341).
