He was predeceased by : his parents, Felix Kelly and Rita Kelly; his brothers, Shelly Kelly and Terry Kelly; and his nephews, Jody Kelly and Jeffrey Kelly.

He is survived by : his brother Bobby Kelly; his nieces, Sonya Kelly Durand and Sherrie Kelly Hodnett; his caregivers, Stacy Kelly Brouillette, Stephanie Kelly, Shayne Kelly, Scott Kelly, Yvette Kelly Cunningham, Kasey Kelly Jones, Kristie Kelly Gaspard and Brady Kelly; and his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Kelly and Diana Kelly.
