It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Carroll Mayeux of Hessmer, Louisiana, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Landry Mayeux, Jr.; and her parents, Edward Carroll and Agnes Laborde Carroll. She is survived by : her children, Carol Dean Gauthier (Dale), Tonya Kelly (Scott) of Hessmer, Misty Wainwright (William) of Covington and Mason Mayeux (Gwen) of Deville; her sister Joyce Gaspard (Valley) of Hessmer; and also Enola Humphries. She is also survived by seven granddaughters and two grandsons, along with eight great grandchildren.
