It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zenella Mayeux of Hessmer, Louisiana, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Nick F. Mayeux; and her parents, Eldric Guillot and Ione Michel Guillot. She is survived by : her children, Nicholas "Nicky" Mayeux (Julie) of Bordelonville, Timothy "Tim" Mayeux (Susie) of Woodworth, Joel Paul Mayeux of Pineville and Nina Mayeux Ducote of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Steven Mayeux, Stacey Youngblood, Josh Mayeux, Jake Mayeux, Sarah Thompson, Elissa Baudoin, Trevor Ducote and Trent Peart; and her sister Linda Rachal. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mrs. Zenella's name.
