He was predeceased by : his parents, Mamie Jennings and Angus Jennings; his siblings, Angus Everest, Kenneth, Murdoch, Lyvon, Roma and Rachel; and his children, Roxann Sexton and Jeffery Smith.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara; and his children, Allen, Paul, Scott Smith and Jennifer Webster. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
