She is survived by: her former husband Sylvester Shine; her husband Charles; her mother Char Lee West; her sons, Kevin Shine (Crystal) and Terrence Shine (Belynda); her siblings, James Clyde West (Diane) and Helen Saucer (Clarence); her grandchildren, Desiree Shine, Kyree Shine, Kiyah Shine and Kierre Shine; her children, Anthony McAlphin and Cynthia Goodwin (Calvin); and her grandchildren, Dejah, Demarcus and Destiny Hamlin.

Her commitment to God laid the foundation for her life and those around her.
