He was predeceased by: his parents, William Meadows Monk and Julia Earlene Collums; and his siblings, Linda Monk Casciola and John "Butchie" Monk. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Monk; his children, Jason Monk and Brandi Monk; his brothers, Gary "Bodie" Monk (Debbie) and Jerry; and his sister-in-law Pam Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.
